Welcome to Food FX Catering. Food FX Catering is a Brisbane based food catering service, with daily catering services to Brisbane City, Fortitude Valley and covers the greater Brisbane area. Sharon and Jerry Cameron opened Food FX Catering in May 2001. An exciting adventure for 2 qualified chefs with over 55 years experience in the hospitality industry, that has seen their skills work in restaurants to 5 star hotels from England, Germany, Austria and Australia. Their aim is to provide a personal, professional and enjoyable catering experience, whether it be a dinner for 2 or a wedding for 250. Sharon's skills are pastry, these are made and baked fresh daily, using no preservatives or additives, 'flavours that you can taste'. We make most of all of our food, from our roasts and poached chicken for the sandwich fillings, to canape food, buffet dishes, right thru to plated menu's. Being a small business Jerry and Sharon understand the needs of our clients, and are aware that every event however small or large is a unique opportunity to provide a consistent product and 100% service. |
