We’re always willing to travel – with regular visits to events in Ipswich, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions.

Jerry and Sharon Cameron created Food FX Catering in 2001. Both qualified chefs, honing their skills in restaurants to 5-star hotels in England, Germany, Austria and Australia.
From a private degustation menu for 2 to a wedding for 250, their experience will ensure your event is a resounding success!
Jerry and Sharon insist on using the freshest produce and quality ingredients. They develop delicious tastes and creative menu options to present meals that will impress!
Sharon’s specialty and passion is pastry with ‘flavours you can taste’, with no preservatives or additives used.

Menu creation: we will design a menu specific for your event and budget. We provide food suggestions, menu options and advise how much to order to ensure no-one goes hungry!
Food preparation: we make and bake every order. We will do everything possible to accommodate last minute special requests and menu changes.
Dietary requirements: we won’t simply provide menu alternatives – we will customise your menu selection to suit special dietary needs.
Equipment hire: we can provide advice about what you may need for your event, organise quotes and coordinate everything to help make your experience as stress-free as possible!
Service assistance: we can provide a professional chef and fully-qualified food and bar attendants.
Event coordination: setting-up for your event, styling the room and tables, prepping food onsite and cleaning after the event are all services we can provide.
