Our catering information and menus are provided as a starting point of options. If you have ideas of your own, or questions about your upcoming event – call Jerry to create the perfect catered menu!

Confirmation of your booking/order
- A deposit payment of 30% of the package total (including GST) may also be required to finalise your booking.*
- Payments are accepted via cash, cheque, electronic bank transfer, eftpos and credit card (surcharge applies for credit card payments).
* not applicable to daily corporate catering.
Final numbers
- Final numbers for your event/booking must be provided no later than four (4) days prior to the catering/function date, otherwise we shall cater with the original numbers given.
- Cancellations must be made in writing, received and confirmed by Food FX Catering up to three (3) days/72 hours prior to the function date.
- Cancellations after such time will incur a fee of 30% of the package total (including GST).
Minimum numbers
- Working lunch platters: 6 people
- All other menus: 10 people
Equipment hire
- All hire agreements managed by Food FX Catering incur a handling fee of 10% +GST of the total cost (excluding breakages).
- Any breakages or lost items will be charged at their replacement value.
Delivery
- A minimum delivery fee of $20.00 +GST will be applied to all drop-off and/or pick-up orders within 10km radius of our Nundah kitchen. (Surrounding suburbs: Wavell Heights, Northgate and Virginia)
- Deliveries outside this region (beyond 10km): $16.00 + $1.00 per km +GST.
- Tolls fees apply if required.
We also specialise in backyard catering Brisbane for outdoor events, ensuring your food arrives fresh, perfectly presented, and ready to serve.
GST
- 10% GST applies to all Food FX Catering orders.
Staffing
- All staff costs are calculated from time of leaving to returning to our kitchen in Nundah.
- A minimum three (3) hour charge applies.
